If you need to return an item, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your purchase with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
To be eligible for a return, you must provide proof of purchase, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If return is eligible & approved, the customer is responsible for shipping fees as well as a 20% restocking fee.

Once your return is received, inspected, & approved, we will send you a refund notification.
Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
We only replace items if they are deemed defective or damaged.
